Max is Associate Professor at the University of Birmingham, where he leads the Virtual Reality Lab and is the PI of the ARME Project. At MyJAMS Ltd, Max ensures the scientific rigour and innovation of the technology, guiding its development from experimental prototypes to impactful products.

Entrepreneurial Lead / Co-Founder

Diar is a research scientist and prototyping expert with a background in neuroscience and virtual reality, and co-founder of Obi Robotics and Motiondynamics. At MyJAMS Ltd, Diar drives innovation and translation of cutting-edge research into products, working closely with musicians, technologists, and partners to deliver novel rehearsal and performance platforms.

Developer

Arindam is a developer with interests in virtual reality, haptics, UI/UX, and game development. He holds an MSc in Human-Computer Interaction from the University of Birmingham and contributes to the development of MyJAMS’ immersive music technology.

Evguenni Penksik

Evguenni Penksik

Engineer

Evguenni is the main software developer on the ARME project, developing real-time graphics and audio-video integration for its immersive ensemble system. He holds an MSc in Computational Neuroscience and Cognitive Robotics from the University of Birmingham and an MEng in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Warwick, with expertise spanning virtual and augmented reality, machine learning, 3D graphics, modelling, and game development.
